PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus improving rotation workability of a C-shaped arm in X-ray transmission.SOLUTION: The X-ray image diagnostic apparatus includes: an X-ray tube 1 irradiating a subject with X-rays an X-ray detector 4 detecting X-rays transmitting through the subject an arm 3 held so that the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector are opposite each other a support mechanism 5 flexibly rotatably supporting the arm with a rotational axis almost perpendicular to an axis connecting the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector from almost the center of the arm and a system control part 12 controlling the arm so as to reciprocally rotate around the rotational axis at an interval of a preliminarily set rotation angle with a central focus on the angle of the arm when continuously irradiating the subject with the X-rays while fixing the position of the arm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線透視下でのC形アームの回転作業性を向上させるX線画像診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】X線画像診断装置は、被検体にX線を照射するX線管1と、被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器4と、X線管とX線検出器が対向するように保持されたアーム3と、アームの略中心からX線管とX線検出器を結ぶ軸に略垂直な回転軸で回転自在にアームを支持する支持機構5と、アームの位置を固定した状態で被検体にX線を継続的に照射した時のアームの角度を中心として、予め設定された回転角の区間で回転軸を往復回転するようにアームを制御するシステム制御部12とを備える。【選択図】図1
