Compositions and methods for enhancing an immune response with an adjuvant composition comprising: an anti-dendritic cell (DC)-specific antibody or fragment thereof conjugated to at least a portion of a TLR agonist； and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier are disclosed herein.
