PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving taste by masking unpleasant taste of a food, an oral medicinal composition or a cosmetic.SOLUTION: A polyglycerol condensed ricinoleic acid ester is included in the food, the oral medicinal composition or the cosmetic to mask the unpleasant taste.
