PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of achieving the easiness of circuit design and the reduction of electric signal noises by lowering a readout speed which should be provided by electric signals readout from detecting elements.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device 20 comprises an X-ray generating unit 22 and a radiation detector 23. The radiation detector 23 includes: a plurality of detecting elements arranged in the slice direction and the channel direction a readout circuit for reading out electric signals from the detecting elements a plurality of integration amplifiers connected to the plurality of detecting elements and for storing the charges of the electric signals readout from the detecting elements and a plurality of A/D converters for A/D converting a plurality of electric signals readout from the plurality of detecting elements.
