The thickness of the polymer base is the same or variable or at the same time decreasing from the distal to the proximal end. The method of constant electrostimulation of the optic nerve and optic tracts and control of the physiological parameters of the eye orbital structures involves performing transconjunctival or subciliary access to the orbital floor edge.
