The present invention provides a neuro-modulation system using a hybrid stimulus, comprising: an optical stimulation unit which applies an optical stimulus to neurons in which an optical gene for inducing the change in the potential of a cell membrane is expressed, to activate the optical gene； and an ultrasound stimulation unit which applies an ultrasound stimulus to the neuron, wherein the ultrasound stimulus increases the responsiveness of the neurons and induces the activity of the neurons in which the optical gene is expressed by the optical stimulus to regulate the tissues or organ containing the neurons.생체 기능 조절 시스템은 광 자극에 의해 세포막전위의 변화를 유도하는 광유전자가 발현된 생체 조직 또는 기관 내의 신경 세포에 광 자극을 가하여 상기 광 유전자를 작동시키는 광 자극 장치와, 상기 신경 세포에 초음파 자극을 가하는 초음파 자극 장치를 포함하고, 상기 초음파 자극은 상기 신경 세포의 반응성을 증가시키고, 상기 광 자극에 의해 상기 광유전자가 발현된 상기 신경 세포의 활동을 유도하여 상기 생체 조직 또는 기관의 기능을 조절한다.
