PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compact vascular image input apparatus, which easily inputs a vein image as an image.SOLUTION: The vascular image input apparatus is provided with a lens array 10, a light receiving means 20 with minute light receiving regions PS one-to-one corresponding to each convex lens L on a light receiving surface 31, a light shielding means 30 with holes forming non-reflective light guide between the convex lens L and the minute light receiving region PS corresponding to it according to the arrangement of the convex lens L and isolating visual field region for each respective convex lens L for each minute light receiving region, and illuminating means 41 and 42 illuminating a vein part 01 to be captured as the input image.
