The present invention provides a method for preparing an antitumor biological product, in which after having a chicken embryo vaccinated with Newcastle disease virus (NDV), the allantoic fluid is collected therefrom, subjected to ultrafiltration, concentrated and then purified, and finally a cleavage treatment is carried out thereto so as to obtain the product. By way of this method for preparing the antitumor biological product, the hemagglutination titer of the virus fluid is significantly improved, the purity of the NDV greatly increased, hybrid proteins such as ovalbumin in the virus decreased, the side effects of virus to a human body reduced, and the antitumor effects of the NDV virus enhanced, therefore it has very important application and economic values.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation dun produit biologique antitumoral, dans lequel après obtention dun embryon de poulet vacciné avec le virus de la maladie de Newcastle (NDV), le fluide allantoïque en est récolté, soumis à lultrafiltration, concentré et ensuite purifié, et finalement un traitement de clivage est effectué sur celui-ci de manière à obtenir le produit. Au moyen de ce procédé pour la préparation du produit biologique antitumoral, le titre dhémagglutination du fluide viral est significativement amélioré, la pureté du NDV est grandement accrue, les protéines hybrides comme lovalbumine dans le virus sont diminuées, les effets secondaires du virus sur le corps humain sont réduits et les effets antitumoraux du virus NDV sont augmentés, par conséquent ce procédé a une utilité et une valeur économique très importantes.
