The present invention relates to a cranial prosthesis for cranioplasty operations made of biocompatible metal material comprising a first plate (10) and a second plate (20). One or more spacer elements (30) are interposed between said first plate (10) and said second plate (20).The cranial prosthesis (1) according to the present invention allows both the external plate of the prosthesis and the internal plate to be modelled independently and as closely as possible to the anatomy of the bone to be restored.The cranial prosthesis according to the present invention is advantageously further provided with a mouldable insert having a trabeculated structure.
