PURPOSE: An animal postnatal care panel is provided to facilitate the postpartum care of domestic animals with low costs. CONSTITUTION: An animal postnatal care panel comprises an external plate unit, an internal plate unit(130), and a controller(150). The external plate unit is formed in the shape of a square in which a penetration hole is formed in the central part thereof. The internal plate unit is assembled with the penetration hole, comprises a heating unit, and provides a heating function. The controller is connected to the heating unit of the internal plate unit and applies power to the heating unit.
