The present invention relates to a multi-component hair cosmetic agent for cleansing and conditioning hair fibers, in particular human hair fibers, the hair cosmetic agent comprising (a) a first cosmetic composition containing a surfactant mixture comprising anionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants, an amino silicone, and a cationic polymer and (b) a second cosmetic composition containing a fatty alcohol, a cationic surfactant, and an oily component, wherein the total amount of surfactants in the surfactant mixture of the first composition ranges from about 7% to about 11.4% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition and the weight ratio of the anionic surfactant to the amphoteric surfactant is greater than 3.
