PURPOSE: A fermented soy bean pill and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable everyone to eat the fermented soy bean pill as a snack and to obtain crunchy texture by manufacturing the pill by pulverizing fermented soy beans, mixing the fermented soy bean with natural sugar liquor, and adding chocolate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fermented soy bean pill comprises the following steps: drying fermented soy beans to keep moisture content of 5-15%； making a pill(12a) by pulverizing the dried fermented soy beans； mixing the pills with a sugar solution(12b) and molding the mixture into a quadrilateral product or a spherical product； and forming a chocolate coating layer(16) on the moldings.본 발명의 목적은 누구든지 즐겨 먹을수 있게 스낵(Snack)화한 건강식 발효 청국장 강정 및 그 제조방법을 제공함에 있다.이러한 본 발명은 발효 청국장을 수분함량이 5-15% 유지되게 건조하고, 건조된 발효 청국장을 곱게 파쇄후 환(丸)으로 만들어 다시 건조하여 당액(糖液)과 일정 비율로 혼합하거나 혹은 건조된 발효 청국장을 굵게 파쇄하여 쌀,깨와 같은 곡물이 혼입된 당액과 혼합한 것을, 먹기 좋게 각형(角形) 혹은 구형(球形) 성형물 중 어느 하나의 성형물로 성형하는 것이며, 성형물의 표면으로는 풍미감을 위하여 쵸콜릿을 입힌 것이다.
