Disclosed is a method for homogeneously preparing a hydroxypropyl modified chitin with a low degree of deacetylation, the method comprising: first chitin is added into a mixed aqueous solution of soluble alkali and urea to prepare a homogeneous chitin solution then hydroxypropyl reagent or an aqueous solution thereof is added, and stirred and reacted after post-treatments and drying, the hydroxypropyl modified chitin with a low degree of deacetylation is obtained. The hydroxypropyl modified chitin with a low degree of deacetylation has temperature sensitivity, and can be used as an injectable hydrogel and a drug carrier material.Linvention concerne un procédé de préparation de manière homogène dune chitine modifiée par de lhydroxypropyle présentant un faible degré de désacétylation. Le procédé consistant tout dabord à ajouter de la chitine dans une solution aqueuse mixte dalcali soluble et durée pour préparer une solution à base de chitine homogène puis un réactif hydroxypropyle ou une solution aqueuse de celui-ci est ajouté, agité et fait réagir après des post-traitements et un séchage, la chitine modifiée par de lhydroxypropyle présentant un faible degré de désacétylation est obtenue. La chitine modifiée par de lhydroxypropyle présentant un faible degré de désacétylation est sensible à la température, et peut être utilisée sous la forme dun hydrogel injectable et dun matériau vecteur de médicament.
