PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate that an operation of a user terminal is the operation by a legitimate user himself/herself.SOLUTION: An operator authentication system comprises: an authentication device 10 that implements biological authentication an EMG device 20 and a user terminal 30.
