PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher smoothly scattering the treating subject onto a shaking separation shelf by rotation of a scatter treating cylinder, and reducing generation of damage of grains contained in the treating subject.SOLUTION: The thresher is provided with a cross-flow fan (5) pivotally installed in lateral direction on the upward of a straw rack (3c) of the end part of the shaking separation shelf (3), setting a dust intake (6) of the cross-flow fan (5) to downward and dust exhaust port (33) to outward of the machine body, installing a scatter treating cylinder (10) on a position adjacent to upper face of the shaking separation shelf (3) on a position lower than the cross-flow fan (5), pivotally installing the scatter treating cylinder (10) on a scatter treating cylinder driving case (43) installed on the outside of a left side plate (9) of the thresher, attaching a spiral treating tooth (42) having a continuous spiral shape on the scattering treating cylinder (10) and constituted to jumpingly convey the treating subject onto the shaking separation shelf (3) of the front side by the spiral treating teeth (42).COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】拡散処理胴の回転によって処理物を揺動選別棚上に円滑に拡散すると共に、この処理物に含まれる穀粒の損傷の発生を少なくする。【解決手段】揺動選別棚(3)の終端部のストローラック(3c)の上方に横断流ファン(5)を横向きに軸架し、該横断流ファン(5)の吸塵口(6)を下方に向けると共に排塵口(33)を機外に向けて設け、横断流ファン(5)よりも低い位置で揺動選別棚(3)の上面に接近した位置に拡散処理胴(10)を設け、該拡散処理胴(10)を脱穀装置の左側の側板(9)の外に設けた拡散処理胴駆動ケース(43)に軸架し、該拡散処理胴(10)に連続した螺旋形状の螺旋処理歯(42)を取り付け、該螺旋処理歯(42)によって処理物を横断流ファン(5)の前方側の揺動選別棚(3)上に跳ね出しながら送る構成とする。【選択図】図1
