PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve screening efficiency of a thresher by scattering a treating object on a shaking shelf at a front side of a cross flow fan.SOLUTION: A clamping conveyor (18) composed of a clamping rod (16) and a feed chain (17) is placed along outer right side of the inlet (19) of a threshing chamber (15). A blowing winnower (20), a clean grain transfer screw (21) and a tailing transfer screw (22) are arranged under the shaking-off shelf (3) in the order from the upstream side of screening direction the cross flow fan (5) is rotatably supported sideways above the rear end of the shaking-off shelf (3), and a dust suction port (6) of the cross flow fan (5) is directed downward and a dust exhaustion port (33) is directed toward outside of the thresher. A threshing cylinder (10) provided with threshing teeth (40) is placed above the shaking-off shelf (3) and left-side of the thresher (1), and the treating object is scattered on the shaking-off shelf (3) at the front side of the cross flow fan (5) by the rotation of the threshing cylinder (10).COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】処理物を横断流ファンの前方側の揺動選別棚上に拡散して選別効率を向上させる。【解決手段】扱室(15)の扱口(19)の右外側に沿わせて挟持杆(16)とフィードチェン(17)とからなる挟持搬送装置(18)を設け、揺動選別棚(3)の下方の位置に、選別方向の上手側から圧風唐箕(20)と一番移送螺旋(21)と二番移送螺旋(22)を順に配置し、揺動選別棚(3)の後端部の上方には横断流ファン(5)を横向きに軸架し、横断流ファン(5)の吸塵口(6)を下方に向けると共に排塵口(33)を機外に向けて設け、揺動選別棚(3)よりも上側であって脱穀装置(1)の左側の部位に、処理歯(40)を備えた処理胴(10)を設け、処理胴(10)の回転によって処理物を横断流ファン(5)の前方側の揺動選別棚(3)上に拡散する構成とした。【選択図】図2
