A light-emitting diode (LED) table lamp of the invention includes a transparent cultivation room disposed with a plant shoot therein and a wavelength-changeable LED light source, in which the plant shoot disposed in the transparent cultivation room is directly projected from the LED light source with illumination of different periods, different projection heights and angles, and different levels, thereby performing an interrupt reaction of plant photoperiod and an cultivation observation experiment of energy transfer that are recorded into digital data as references for plants to be transplanted to gardens. The LED table lamp further includes a conductive telescopic frame that is supportively coupled to among a dimmable LED lamp set, the transparent cultivation room and a base. The conductive telescopic frame is divided to a movable upper section and a movable lower section that can be served as a conducting loop of a power source required by the LED table lamp and even can be utilized to telescopically adjust height and angle of a light projecting direction of a LED light.
