PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing liposome used as a nutritional supplement or a drug.SOLUTION: The method for producing liposome includes: forming a lipid solution by solubilizing at least about 18 w/w% of a vesicle forming lipid in about 1-12 w/w% of an aqueous solvent or a water-miscible solvent at a room temperature forming a pharmaceutical drug- containing solution by solubilizing the pharmaceutical drug in 0.005-0.01 w/w% of EDTA at a room temperature filtering the pharmaceutical drug-containing solution injecting the lipid solution into the pharmaceutical drug-containing solution while stirring and hydrating the obtained lipid and pharmaceutical drug-containing solution for at least one hour while frequently stirring.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】栄養補助剤又は医薬品として使用されるリポソームの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも約18w/w%のベシクル形成脂質を約1~12w/w%の水性溶媒又は水混和性溶媒に室温で可溶化して脂質溶液を形成し、前記薬剤を0.005~0.01w/w%のEDTAに室温で可溶化して薬剤含有溶液を形成し、前記薬剤含有溶液をろ過し、前記脂質溶液を前記薬剤含有溶液に攪拌しながら注入し、得られる脂質及び薬剤含有溶液を頻回攪拌しながら少なくとも1時間水和させ、リポソームを製造する。【選択図】なし
