PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a cystine-containing beverage having a pH suitable for drinking.SOLUTION: This invention provides a method of producing a cystine-containing beverage that includes a first step to dissolve cystine in a solvent under conditions of a pH of 8.00 or more or a pH of 2.00 or less for obtaining cystine solution, and a second step to adjust a pH of the cystine solution to 2.10-7.90.
