PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a green leaf-squeezed juice-mixed liquid and a green leaf-squeezed juice-mixed powder, keeping the green color and having excellent palatability.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the green leaf-squeezed juice-mixed liquid includes the following steps: a step of preparing a squeezed juice of the green leaves of a green plant a step of preparing an extracted solution of a seaweed-ashed product by extracting the seaweed-ashed product with an aqueous extractant a step of regulating the pH of the extracted solution of the seaweed-ashed product so as to be 9-11 and a step of regulating the pH of a mixed liquid obtained by mixing the squeezed juice with the pH-regulated extracted solution of the seaweed-ashed product so as to be 6-9.
