To provide a technology to evaluate an exercise of a subject using a new index for health management.SOLUTION: A duration time derivation part 32 derives a division of a duration time that an exercise belonging to a division of the same exercise intensity is continued from exercise intensity acquired by an exercise intensity acquisition part 16 and time information. A number of exercise days derivation part 34 derives the number of days of exercises that the exercise indicated by a combination of the division of the exercise intensity and the division of the duration time is performed in a predetermined number of consecutive days.
