PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibrous structures comprising one or more active agents and filaments.SOLUTION: A fibrous structure includes filaments wherein the filaments comprise one or more filament-forming materials and one or more active agents that are releasable from the filament when exposed to conditions of intended use. The fibrous structure further includes at least three regions, namely a network region, a plurality of discrete zones and a transition region, the transition region being adjacent to the network region and the plurality of discrete zones, and the one or more filament-forming materials including water-soluble hydroxyl polymers. Methods of treating fabrics with a fibrous structure are also provided herein.
