The equipment for removing cement from bone cavities consists of an elongated body (2), hollow inside, that can be inserted inside a cement-filled bone cavity, and at least one rod (9) for extracting the elongated body buried in the cement, that can be inserted inside the elongated body. The elongated body comprises a plurality of rigid elements (3) aligned with each other and associated to one another by the interposition of spacer elements (4), tubular in shape and coaxial to the elongated body, the rigid elements including removable means for connecting to the extraction rod which are arranged inside the elongated body.
