Disclosed is composition of agrochemical active ingredient comprising quaternary salt of carboxylic acid agrochemical active ingredient with alkyl ether of ethoxylated alkanolamine. The composition comprises alkyl ether of ethoxylated alkanolamine bonded to carboxylic acid agrochemical active ingredient. Carboxylic acid group of carboxylic acid agrochemical active ingredient is transformed by reaction with alkyl ether of ethoxylated alkanolamine to form quaternary salt of carboxylic acid agrochemical active ingredient with alkyl ether of ethoxylated alkanolamine. Carboxylic acid agrochemical active ingredient is selected from benzoic acid herbicides. Alkyl ether of ethoxylated alkanolamine is selected from group consisting of lauryl ether of ethoxylated dimethylethanol amine, decyl ether of ethoxylated dimethylethanol amine and octyl ether of ethoxylated dimethylethanol amine. Aqueous solution of the agrochemical active ingredient is used in agricultural and horticultural use.
