A spinous process fixation apparatus comprises: a support part with two opposite ends defining and forming a first support end face and a second support end face which are abutted against the spinous process of two adjacent vertebral bodies and a fixing wing part formed at the side edge of the support part and provided thereon with a plurality of fixing holes to be passed through by screws and secured and locked on the two vertebral bodies.
