FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feedstuff industry, in particular - to production of amide-vitamin-mineral concentrates and may be used for production of amide-vitamin-mineral concentrates for cattle. Barley and soya grains and rapeseed press cake are milled in a grinder and sifted through Sieve No 2 for levelling the granulometric composition from 0.4 to 0.7 mm. The said ingredients are thoroughly mixed with fish meal, bentonite and carbamide. The prepared mixture is moistened until the moisture content is equal to 15-17% and treated using a single-screw expander, the product temperature before the matrix being 110°-120°C and pressure in the expander pre-matrix area equal to 3-4 MPa.: All the components are taken at the specified ratio.EFFECT: invention allows to enhance amide-vitamin-mineral concentrates quality and balance in terms for nutritive and biological value and amino acid composition, improve the products digestibility, increase production profitability, increase farm animals productivity, reduce the quantity of amide-vitamin-mineral concentrates per unit of produce, extend the range of manufactured amide-vitamin-mineral concentrates using commonly available and inexpensive raw materials and food industry wastes.1 tbl, 1 exИзобретение относится к комбикормовой промышленности, в частности, к способу производства амидо-витаминно-минеральных концентратов, и может быть использовано для производства амидо-витаминно-минеральных концентратов для крупного рогатого скота. Зерно ячменя, сои, рапсового жмыха измельчают в дробилке и отсеивают через сито №2 с целью выравнивания гранулометрического состава от 0,4 до 0,7 мм. Тщательно смешивают с рыбной мукой, бентонитом и карбамидом. Подготовленную смесь увлажняют до 15-17% и обрабатывают на одношнековом экспандере при температуре продукта перед матрицей 110-120°С и давлении в предматричной зоне экспандера 3-4 МПа.
