The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating pancreatic cancer, containing fibulin-3 protein as an active ingredient. The fibulin-3 protein inhibits c-Met and aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH1) in pancreatic cancer cell, and weakens ability of growth, infiltration, and metastasis while increasing radiosensitivity.
