Making the light from the illuminant reflect with the illuminant mirror, it made the variable collimator pass, it projected the irradiation field form which was formed with the light which passes the variable collimator by the variable collimator to the photographing screen, it photographed the projection section of the photographing screen with the photographing device, it tried to analyze the image which photographed with the photographing device with the image processing device.光源からの光を光源ミラーにより反射させて可変コリメータを通過させ、可変コリメータを通過した光により可変コリメータにより形成された照射野形状を撮影スクリーンに投影し、撮影スクリーンの投影部を撮影装置により撮影し、撮影装置により撮影した映像を画像処理装置で解析するようにした。
