The present invention relates to a vegetation board for afforesting the inside and outside of a building for city afforestation. A green environment can be constituted inside and outside a building using live flowers, plants, and trees. Moisture is continuously supplied, so that flowers and plants do not wilt or shrivel in a short period of time but are lively. Maintenance is convenient, and economical feasibility can be ensured. The vegetation board comprises: an external support frame body which has an accommodating space unit having an opened top； a vegetation plate which has a surface area corresponding to the external support frame body, has multiple vegetation holes formed on the surface thereof in order to enable seedlings having roots to be inserted therein, and is equipped with a plurality of roots formed on the rear surface thereof in order to pass through the vegetation holes, wherein the rear surface of each vegetation hole is closed by means of a backboard； and a top-opened internal support frame body which is formed in a size and a shape corresponding to the vegetation plate, is inserted into the external support frame body, includes a support protrusion and a support rib formed therein to support the bottom of the vegetation plate, and has a plurality of water tanks formed between the support protrusion and the support rib so that the roots of the vegetation plate are dipped therein.본 발명은 건물의 실내외를 살아있는 꽃과 풀, 및 나무로 녹지환경을 조성하는 것이 가능하고, 지속적인 수분 공급으로 화초가 조기에 시들거나 말라 죽지 않고 생기가 있으며, 유지 관리의 간편성과 함께 경제성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 도시녹화를 위한 건물의 실내외 녹화용 식생보드에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 상부측으로 개방된 수용공간부를 갖는 외부 지지틀체와； 상기 외부 지지틀체에 상응하는 면적을 가지며, 심지를 갖는 모종이 삽입되는 다수의 식재공이 표면에 형성되고, 배면에 각각의 식재공을 지나는 복수개의 심지가 구비되며, 상기 각각의 식재공은 백보드에 의해 배면이 폐쇄된 식재판과； 상기 식재판에 상응하는 크기 및 형상으로 형성되어 상기 외부 지지틀체의 내부에 삽입되고, 상기 식재판의 하부를 지지하는 지지턱 및 지지리브가 내부에 형성되며, 상기 지지턱 및 지지리브의 사이로 식재판의 심지가 침지되는 복수개의 수조가 형성된 상부 개방형의 내부 지지틀체；로 구성된 것이다.
