PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track greening mat preventing a problem caused by too much rooting by restricting the growth of the root, enabling installation at a site in strong sunshine by improving a water-holding capacity, dispensing with or simplifying water supply equipment, facilitating the management, and, when applied to a track floor, facilitating the installation and moving, having substantial sound-insulating/vibration-absorbing effects and being suited to the track greening.SOLUTION: A weak rooting-resistant layer 30 is provided between two upper/lower planting base plate layers 26 and 28.
