The present invention provides a composition containing a hot water extract or an ethanol extract of Korean angelica root and an ethanol extract of Korean epimedium for preventing or improving male infertility to accomplish the intended goal. The appropriate concentration of ethanol used for the ethanol extract of Korean angelica root is less than 50%, but the appropriate concentration of ethanol used for the ethanol extract of Korean epimedium is more than 50%.
