The present invention thus relates to a device for photobiomodulation of biological tissue, constituted by a biocompatible adhesive structure, namely a microporous strip, and thereon is placed the light-emitting unit linked to a flexible battery secured on a flexible substrate. The circuit is activated by means of a normally closed mechanical contact, which is initially isolated by a substrate and will have to be removed manually after the treatment has been placed in the desired region, thereby initiating the flow of current from the battery for activating the light-emitting unit of the device. The invention is indicated for biostimulation or biomodulation of biological tissue where there is inflammation, swelling and pain, and also for cicatrizing wounds.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de photo-biomodulation de tissus biologiques, comprenant une structure adhésive biocompatible, soit une bande microporeuse sur laquelle est placée l'unité émettrice de lumière, en communication avec une batterie souple, ces éléments étant fixés sur un substrat souple. Le circuit est actionné au moyen d'un contact mécanique, normalement fermé, qui est isolé initialement par un substrat, et appelé à être enlevé manuellement après la mise en place du pansement sur la région souhaitée, ce qui active le flux de courant de la batterie en vue de l'actionnement de l'unité émettrice de lumière du dispositif.
