PURPOSE: A magnetic nanoparticle is provided to enable adsorption or desorption of a desired material through the interaction with a specific material, and to deliver and release a specific material to a specific site. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a magnetic nanoparticle comprises the steps of: mixing a phospholipid solution and a solution containing Fe^3+ to prepare a Fe^3+-impregnated liposome dispersion; reacting the liposome dispersion with a silica precursor, and preparing a silica-coated Fe^3+-impregnated liposome particle; and reducing the silica-coated Fe^3+-impregnated liposome particle under a hydrogen atmosphere. The phospholipid is lecithin. A method for manufacturing a targeted drug delivery system comprises the steps of: modifying the surface of the magnetic nanoaprticles and applying double bond; and binding a temperature-sensitive polymer onto the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles.본 발명은 표적지향적 약물전달을 위한 자성나노입자 및 이를 이용한 약물전달체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자세하게는 수용액 상에서 형성시킨 Fe3+이 함침된 리포좀 표면을 실리카로 코팅하고 환원함으로써 구형의 자성나노입자를 제조하고, 상기제조된 자성나노입자 표면을 온도-감응성(temperature-responsive) 폴리머와 결합시켜 표적지향적 약물전달시스템을 구축하는 방법에 대한 것이다.
