A composition comprising: at least 10 wt% monoalcohol C or C dissolved therein a solid organic UV filter, an oil phase comprising one or more oils, wherein the oil phase is miscible monoalcohols with C or C, wherein the oil phase has. interfacial tension with water of more than 9 and less than 45 and wherein the composition has a volume fraction of the oil phase relative to the oil phase and the amount of monoalcohol C or C, of about 0.47 or more, and wherein the composition does not substantially contain a mixture of low volatility C-Ci liquid silicone branched fatty ester of a polybasic carboxylic acid in the ratio from about 3: 1 to 4.25: 1, and wherein the composition is substantially bezvodnoy.2. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein the composition does not contain a low volatility liquid silicone C-Ci (or) a branched fatty ester of a polybasic carboxylic kisloty.3. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein the composition comprises from 10% to about 53% C or monoalcohol C.4. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein the composition comprises from 15% to about 53% monoalcohol C or C.5. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein the composition comprises from 20% to about 53% monoalcohol C or C.6. Composition according to claim. 1, wherein the oil phase has an interfacial tension of water from about 11.6 to about 32,5.7. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein the oil phase has an interfacial tension with water of equal to or greater than the interfacial tension of diisopropyl adipate and equal to or less than the CC-alkilbenzoata.8. Composition according to claim. 1, wherein the oil phase has an interfacial tension of water from about 11.6 to about 30.9. Composition according to claim. 1, in which the oil phase has IU1.
