PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support system equipped with a pain detector and a temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support device equipped with the pain detector, which allow the relationship between the trajectory of a mouth opening and closing motion and a position of pain, and the position of maximum pain to be visually understood by combining the result of the trajectory of the mouth opening and closing motion and the result of pain measurement.SOLUTION: The temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support system equipped with a pain detector and the temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support apparatus equipped with the pain detector are developed by combining: lower anterior tooth motion tracking means for obtaining the whole trajectory of the mouth opening and closing motion means for combining the pain occurring position and the maximum pain position obtained by a pain measuring device with the whole trajectory of the mouth opening and closing motion, and analyzing and displaying the results and temporomandibular joint noise analysis means for detecting a frame image in which temporomandibular joint noise in the mouth opening and closing motion is generated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】開閉口運動軌跡の結果と疼痛測定の結果とを組合せることによって、開閉口運動軌跡と、疼痛発生位置および最大疼痛位置との関係を視覚的に理解し得る疼痛検出器を備える顎関節症診断支援システムおよび疼痛検出器を備える顎関節症診断支援装置を提供せんとするものである。【解決手段】開閉口運動の全軌跡を求める下顎前歯部運動追尾手段と、疼痛測定器により求められた疼痛発生位置および最大疼痛位置を該開閉口運動の全軌跡に組合せて解析表示し得る手段と、開閉口運動時の顎関節雑音の発生したフレーム画像を検知し得る顎関節雑音分析手段とを組合せて疼痛検出器を備える顎関節症診断支援システムおよび疼痛検出器を備える顎関節症診断支援装置を開発する。【選択図】図1
