The present invention relates to a novel galactoside glycoside of astragalin and a preparation method thereof, and more particularly to a novel galactoside glycoside of astragalin prepared by using lactase to improve water solubility and bioavailability and a method for producing the same . The galactoside glycoside of astragalin according to the present invention is prepared by using lactase, and the solubility of the astragalin is 1000 times or more higher than that of conventional astragalin, thereby improving bioavailability and thus being used as a cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition have.본 발명은 신규한 아스트라갈린의 갈락토사이드 배당체 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 락타아제를 이용하여 제조되어 수용성 및 생체 이용률이 향상된 신규한 아스트라갈린의 갈락토사이드 배당체 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 아스트라갈린의 갈락토사이드 배당체는 락타아제를 이용하여 제조되어 종래 아스트라갈린의 용해도보다 1000 배 이상 용해도가 개선되어 생체 이용률이 향상되고 이에 따라 화장료 조성물, 약제학적 조성물 및 식품 조성물로 사용될 수 있다.
