PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly eliminate nasal congestion to improve quality of sleep.SOLUTION: A nasal airflow improvement tool 1 is attached to a nasal part in order to improve a nasal air flow. The nasal airflow improvement tool 1 comprises: a pair of housing parts 2 housing a chemical exothermic composition 4； and a connection part 3 for connecting the pair of housing parts 2. The housing parts 2 include a ventilation part for bringing the chemical exothermic composition 4 into contact with air.
