Also described are methods of use thereof to treat diseases and conditions, including diseases and conditions associated with activity of Raf protein kinases, including melanoma, glioma, colorectal cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, and biliary tract cancer.
