PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder having water-absorbing property and oil-absorbing ability when compounded in cosmetics, good elongation when applied to the skin, and excellent deodorizing effect a method for producing the composite powder and a cosmetic in which the composite powder is mixed.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a spherical complex powder having disintegrating property, which is obtained by dry-splaying a water slurry obtained by mixing diatomite with crystalline cellulose and/or cellulose powder with a spray drier.
