PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air permeability in an absorbent article having a skin surface sheet having salient parts and recess parts.SOLUTION: A top sheet 50 of a disposable diaper 10 has salient parts 52 and recess parts 51. An absorber 40 has groove parts 46 which become hollow toward a non-skin facing surface side relative to the surrounding parts on the absorber, on a center of the absorber in a width direction. The salient parts and recess parts are extended in a cross direction and arranged in an area overlapped to the groove part.
