The invention relates to an intraosseous prosthesis, remarkable in that it consists of an outer casing (50) hollow having at least two openings (51), an inner core (1) mounted in translation to the inside said envelope (50) between a high position and a low position, said core (1) comprising at least two lateral recesses (2) each receiving an anchoring means (3) mounted movably between: - a retracted position, said core (1) being then in the low position, - an extended position, said core (1) then being in the high position, and mounted in said lateral recess (2) so that under the effect of its weight it tends to initiate its passage from the retracted position to the deployed position, this transition being obtained by sliding of said anchoring means (3) bearing on at least one of the edges of said opening (51) during the translation of said core (1). L'invention concerne une prothèse intra-osseuse, remarquable en ce qu'elle est constituée d'une enveloppe externe (50) creuse comportant au moins deux ouvertures (51), d'un noyau interne (1) monté en translation à l'intérieur de ladite enveloppe (50) entre une position haute et une position basse, ledit noyau (1) comprenant au moins deux évidements latéraux (2) recevant chacun un moyen d'ancrage (3) monté mobile entre : - une position rétractée, ledit noyau (1) étant alors en position basse, - une position déployée, ledit noyau (1) étant alors en position haute, et monté dans ledit évidement latéral (2) de façon à ce que sous l'effet de son poids il tende à initier son passage de la position rétractée à la position déployée, cette transition étant obtenue par coulissement dudit moyen d'ancrage (3) en appui sur au moins l'une des bordures de ladite ouverture (51) lors de la mise en translation dudit noyau (1).
