A group, having the same race, gender, age, height, and weight as the user, is classified through real time body fat measurement. The distribution of body fat combustion in the same group is obtained from body fat measurement data, and based on the distribution, a calculated target heart rate (THR) is corrected to efficiently burn the body fat by making the user continuously do the exercise with accurate exercise strength by exercise time.
