PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of replacing plural sealing members easily and collectively and operating stably, and to provide a wrapped food molding device including the sealing device and a wrapped food molding method.SOLUTION: The sealing device includes: a support substrate 50 including an opening formed in a center part and a support member detachably attached on a device body and fixed on one face a connection substrate 51 arranged on the other face side of the support substrate 50 so as to face the support substrate and including an opening formed in a center part and shutter pieces 31a and 32a attached operably between the support substrate 50 and the connection substrate 51. Connection shaft members are connected to plural shaft members projected on the support substrate 50 so that rotation center axes coincide with each other, thereby the connection substrate 51 is fixed on the support substrate 50.
