PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic system capable of efficiently increasing collagen in the skin with a combination of oxygen and light, and achieving excellent cosmetic effects.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic system includes a chamber that can accommodate a person, and can be kept in a high oxygen state, and irradiation means for irradiating the skin of the person in the chamber with the light having a wavelength of 400-780 nm. The chamber can be kept in a high atmospheric condition. The light is a red light and the wavelength of the red light is 600-750 nm.
