Disclosed are a bodyguarding method and device, which are applied to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: receiving guarding function parameters set by a user, the guarding function parameters comprising the scope of the number of activities of a monitored person and the contact information of at least one guardian (S101) guarding the number of activities of the monitored person through a body induction sensor (S102) collecting image information and acoustic information respectively through a camera and a microphone when the number of activities is not in the scope of the number of activities (S103) and sending the collected image information and acoustic information to the guardian corresponding to the contact information (S104). The effect of actively, visually and quickly guarding a guarded person can be achieved through the guarding method.Linvention porte sur un procédé et un dispositif de surveillance, qui sont appliqués au domaine technique des communications. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir des paramètres de fonction de surveillance réglés par un utilisateur, les paramètres de fonction de surveillance comprenant la portée du nombre dactivités dune personne surveillée et les informations de contact dau moins un gardien (S101) surveiller le nombre dactivités de la personne surveillée par lintermédiaire dun capteur dinduction corporelle (S102) collecter des informations dimage et des informations acoustiques respectivement par lintermédiaire dune caméra et dun microphone quand le nombre dactivités nest pas dans la portée du nombre dactivités (S103) et envoyer les informations dimage et les informations acoustiques collectées au gardien correspondant aux informations de contact (S104). Leffet de surveillance active, visuelle et rapide dune personne surveillée peut être atteint au moyen du procédé de surveillance.
