The present invention provides an inhalation device that uses an electric vibration element that discharges one dose of medicine into a flow path and a controller that activates / deactivates the vibration element. The sensor arrangement can distinguish between inhalation flow and expiratory flow through the flow path, and can assist the user in building a breathing pattern model.
