The invention is related to the field of environment protection, in particular, to methods of biological soil cleaning of petroleum products and salt content. The invention provides a method for saline soil cleaning of oil and petroleum products wherein, after agrotechnical measures consisting in soil loosening and moistening, seeds of consortium of oil- and salt-resistant plant species are introduced, the seeds being preliminarily inoculated with carbon-oxidizing microorganisms, with the following seeding rates, kg/ha: Gmelin sea lavender (Artemisia gmelinii) - 25.0, European saltwort (Salicornia herbacea) - 25.0, harmala shrub (Peganum harmala) - 15.0, annual meadow grass (Poa annim) - 8.0, dog's tooth grass (Cynodon dactylus) - 8.0. The mixture of the plants consortium seeds according to the seeding rates, is preliminarily prepared and then inoculated with carbon-oxidizing microorganisms. The proposed method makes it possible to reduce content of petroleum products in soil and to lower salt content. As a r
