1) An arrangement (1) for surgically treating a prolapse affecting a protruding organ consists of: an implant (2) comprising a base (5) for supporting the organ and four suspension arms, a perforation ancillary tool (3) comprising a means (10) for removably connecting to a free end (7) which is used for anchoring the implant (2) and provided with a traction element (12).
