The invention provides novel polypeptides having phospholipase activity, including, e.g., phospholipase A, B, C and D activity, patatin activity, phosphatidic acid phosphatases (PAP) and/or lipid acyl hydrolase (LAH) activity, nucleic acids encoding them and antibodies that bind to them.
