PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable speedy and highly accurate temperature control when controlling hot water temperature in a hot-water disinfection vessel of a hot-water disinfection device.SOLUTION: There are provided a hot-water disinfection device 1 and a seed rice bagging machine, wherein the hot-water disinfection device 1 is equipped with the hot-water disinfection vessel 3 for soaking seed rice in hot water so as to be disinfected a cooling vessel 4 for soaking the hot water-disinfected seed into cold water so as to be cooled and a conveyor carrying device composed to arrange, with predetermined spaces, a plurality of seed receivers receiving seed rice to be processed by dividing it into a predetermined amount, and is composed to continuously perform predetermined time hot-water disinfection of the seed rice received in the plurality of seed receivers and, after completing the disinfection, to serially transfer the plurality of seed receivers serially transferred into the cooling vessel, with the containers as soaked in the cooling vessel, along the transfer direction of the conveyor carrying device so as to continuously perform predetermined time cooling of the seed rice received in the plurality of seed receivers.
